  • How to buy?
    Purchasing on our e-shop site is easy - just follow these 5 steps:
    1. Choose the product which best fits your needs
    2. Add to the shopping cart
    3. After finishing shopping, go to the check-out and insert invoice and shipping information
    4. Choose the preferred method of payment
    5. Wait for confirmation email of receipt order
  • How is privacy protected?
    Personal data are protected under art.13 of Legislative Decree, 30 june 2003 n.196 ("Data Protection Code").
    Barbera 1870 S.p.A. guarantees that all personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation.

  • What is the minimum order?
    There is no minimum order
  • How can I pay?
    Payment for the cost of the product purchased, along with shipping costs, can be carried out by Pay Pal, bank transfer or cash-on-delivery (This option is only available in Italy)

  • Can I have an invoice
    Our order system automatically generates an invoice, both for private purchases and company purchases. You need only specify which type of purchase it is (private or company) at the time of inserting personal information
  • Shipping costs?
    The cost of shipping is € 7 for any location in Italy. Costs vary for European and Rest of the World locations according to destination
  • Is there free shipping?
    Shipping is free of charge in Italy for orders over €60.00. In the rest of Europe, shipping is free of charge for orders over €100.00
  • What are the delivery times?
    Goods will be delivered within 5 working days from dispatch of order
  • Can I have my money back?
    Barbera 1870 provides you with a refund or exchange where the wrong item is delivered;
    We can also offer you a refund as long as the product(s)are returned within 14 days of receipt of the good(s), unused, intact and in original packaging.
    Shipping charges are not refundable.
    If you are not satisfied with the product(s), keep all documentation relative to the delivery, and the product(s) in the original packing and contact Barbera 1870 immediately, by e-mail at the following address: e-shop@caffebarbera.it
  • What should I do to make a complaint or return goods?

  • Do you deliver outside of Italy?
    Yes, delivery is guaranteedin nearly every country in the world
