Once again, this year, Caffè Barbera will be present for the 38th edition of Sigep, the “International Exhibition for Artisan Production of Gelato, Pastry, Confectionery and Bakery”, which will be held from 21st– 25th January, at Rimini Fiera.
Sigep confirms its undisputed international leadership as trade fair for professional operators all over the world in the artisan gelato, pastry and baking sectors, together with that of coffee.
The oldest roasting company family in Italy could not miss such an important event, where the complete range will be on show, with particular attention on the Pregiata blend, in 2kg cans, the company flagship blend. Visitors can taste the latest organic coffee capsules, a complete novelty for the Barbera company.
