The spotlights are about to be lit on the 37th edition of Sigep, the international exhibition for artisan production of gelato, pastry, confectionery and bakery, which will be held from 23rd – 27th January, at Rimini Fiera. It is a much awaited event at which Caffè Barbera will take part with exciting news. After four years of participating, in partnership with Elenka and Permigotti, with excellent results from the public, in this upcoming edition, the coffee roasting company from Messina will be participating with its own stand. Barbera 1870 products will be exhibited and presented, from the classic blends to the latest products, in particular the Bio Blend, whose cultivation, production and processing follows and respects the most rigorous standards of organic production.
Another chance, therefore, to meet the public and clients who will be present at the Expo, and who can enjoy all the taste of a CSC (Certified Speciality Coffee Association) certified quality coffee, and discover the Barbera world. For operators in the sector, Sigep is the first, prestigious appointment in 2016, and there are great expectations from this edition, given that, last year, the increase in attendance was remarkable, with a rise of 8% in the number of visitors (over 187,000), coming from every part to attend the most important world exhibition of artisan gelato and pastry, as well as being considered the primary European showcase for coffee and bakery.
