Participants competed with Barbera Coffee-based dishes. The panel of judges included Beppe Amato, Prof. Marco Centorrino, University of Messina, and theatre actress Ivana Zimbaro.
The 4 remaining competitors will take part in the semi-finals, which will be held at the prestigious Pasticceria Irrera 1910, where you can taste our top blend and discover the pleasure of the traditional aroma.
