At its 34th edition, the expo is acknowledged as the world’s most important in the artisan gelato sector. Guests at the Elenka Stand, Caffè Barbera will be launching its new products, in particular SenCaf a blend of beans of the highest quality decaffeinated coffee, and its Bar coffee blends, in particular Pregiata blend, certified by the Association of Certified Speciality Coffee (CSC).
