Transport and Delivery

Orders are shipped by Barbera 1870 S.p.a. from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Shipping is carried out with carriers appointed by Barbera 1870 S.p.a., unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of theft/lost goods, Barbera 1870 S.p.a. undertake to ship a new order. Should the product ordered not be available or out of stock, an alternative, similar product will be offered, which the client may refuse, asking for a reimbursement for the order placed.

Delivery times, indicatively, are 48-72 working hours from the date of shipping.  This may change due to events which are out of our control, or for adverse traffic conditions or for traffic limitations imposed by Local or National Authorities.  

While confirming your order, we ask you to please check that the shipping address is correct and complete in all its parts with the necessary information for delivery.  Shipped goods cannot be delivered to a second address once they have left the factory. 

Before shipping your order, it may be necessary to verify credit card details with card issuer.  Should this be the case, we will do our best to limit delays in shipping.

Delivery times are considered from the moment in which the order is passed to the carrier and do not include order preparation time.  In general, all orders are prepared and passed to the carrier within 24 working hours of receipt of payment. Please note that more time may be required during the sales and holiday periods (Christmas, Easter), when time of order preparation may be 48-72 hours.
