Arabica is a blend made from the very best of coffees, exclusively of the Arabica variety (100% Arabica). It is slowly roasted, at light intensity, to obtain its full aromas, with a decisive level of acidity, and a particularly persistent, rich, delicate aftertaste. This blend is suitable for all types of preparation, and releases exquisite citrus, cinnamon and floral aromatic notes.
After roasting and mixing, the blend is processed in three formats. In beans, ready for professional grinding in coffee bars, obtaining a full-bodied, sweet espresso, with compact, delicately smooth crema. Ground, ready for home use, releasing elegant, intense aromas. It is packed in a practical recyclable, reusable tin for better preservation. With a special grind for capsules, made from compostable, biodegradable material, fully respecting the environment, practical and ready for preparing a rich, 100% Arabica espresso.
